Integrations & APIs

Get your systems talking. Data moves on its own between your CRM, shop, ERP, calendar and everyday tools.

The idea

Systems that work as one

Each of your systems knows only part of the story: customers in the CRM, orders in the shop, appointments in the calendar, numbers in accounting. We connect them so every piece of data is entered once and is correct everywhere.

If there’s no ready-made connector, we build one.

Where it shines

  • Linking your shop, ERP and shipping
  • Keeping CRM, calendar and email in sync
  • Connecting payment providers and accounting
  • Talking to industry software through its API
  • Building custom REST APIs for apps and portals

Why it works

One source of truth, not many copies

Enter it once

A change in one system flows through to all the others, with no duplicate work.

Reliable

Monitoring, error handling and automatic retries keep things running smoothly.

Easy to extend

Adding a new system doesn’t mean rebuilding what you already have.

How we work

From tangled tools to connected systems

  1. 1

    Map systems and data flows

We work out which data needs to go where and which connections already exist.

  2. 2

    Build the integration

We build it with tests, logging and an alert if anything fails.

  3. 3

    Run and monitor

We keep an eye on the connections and adapt them when your systems change.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot

What if a system has no API?

Then we look at other routes: file exports, database access or automating the user interface. We’ll tell you plainly what makes sense.

How secure are the connections?

Credentials are stored encrypted, permissions are kept as tight as possible and every access is logged.

Who looks after the integrations afterwards?

We can, if you like. We monitor them and adjust whenever a connected system changes.
