Internal AI Assistants

An AI assistant that knows your documents, processes and know-how, and answers your team's questions in seconds.

The idea

Everything your company knows, one question away

Every company has knowledge scattered across people’s heads, shared folders and old inboxes. An internal AI assistant makes it easy to find. Your team asks a question in plain language and gets an answer with its sources, drawn from your own documents.

It runs in your own environment or with an EU provider, and it can only see the data you approve.

Where it shines

  • Answering questions about policies, processes and products
  • Getting new hires up to speed faster
  • Drafting quotes, emails and reports
  • Making manuals, wikis and PDFs searchable
  • Taking repetitive questions off IT, HR and accounting

Why it works

Less searching, more doing

Fast answers

No more digging through folders. Your team just asks, and sees exactly which document the answer came from.

Access under control

The assistant only knows what you’ve approved, and it respects roles and permissions.

Knowledge that stays

Important know-how no longer lives in one person’s head, so nothing walks out the door when someone moves on.

How we work

From scattered docs to a helpful assistant

  1. 1

    Pick the sources

We decide together which documents and systems the assistant can use and who gets to see what.

  2. 2

    Build and tune

We connect everything, test with real questions from your team and fine-tune the answers.

  3. 3

    Roll out and improve

We launch with your team, collect feedback and keep making the assistant better.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot

Will my data be used to train other companies’ AI models?

No. We choose providers and settings that keep your data out of model training, and we write that into the contract.

Can the assistant get things wrong?

Like any AI, it sometimes can. That’s why it always shows its sources and sends people to a human when it isn’t sure.

What kinds of documents can it read?

Typically PDFs, Word files, wikis, tickets and emails. On our first call we’ll work out which sources make sense for you.
