What decides the cost of a SaaS or custom software project?

The main factors:

Is the first call really free?

Yes. We talk through your situation and say honestly whether and how we can help. No strings attached.

How fast can we see something working?

Usually within a few weeks you get a working first version on your own data, and you decide what happens next.

Can you build the whole SaaS, including the admin panel and apps?

Yes. A typical platform has a web app for users, an admin panel, an API and, if needed, Android and iOS apps. We plan them together so they share the same data.

Who owns the code?

That is agreed in the contract before the project starts, normally with the client receiving ownership or full usage rights as agreed.

Can you take over a SaaS that someone else started?

Often, yes. We begin with a short review of the code and the risks, then give an honest recommendation.
